When life feels turbulent, having the right support beside you makes all the difference. Raft offers compassionate counselling and purposeful training — so individuals and organisations can move forward, grounded and sure.
Founders' Note — Why We Do What We Do
"Raft Foundation grew from a shared belief that when people feel truly seen and supported, change unfolds naturally. In a world that often moves too fast, we chose to create a space that invites pause, reflection, and reconnection.
Though our paths have been different, they meet in the same intention — to walk alongside individuals and organisations as they navigate growth, transition, and healing. We believe the answers people seek already exist within them; our role is to help create the conditions where those answers can emerge.
At Raft Foundation, we don't rush change or offer quick fixes. We listen deeply, hold space with care, and support people in moving forward with clarity, balance, and quiet confidence."

Dr. Rafia Anjum & Anand Menon
Counsellor · Trainer · Healthcare Professional
Dr. Rafia Anjum is a counsellor, trainer, and healthcare professional who believes deeply in the human capacity to heal, grow, and flourish. Her work is rooted in the understanding that meaningful change begins with awareness, compassion, and the right support.
With a background in dentistry and a postgraduate degree in Health and Hospital Management, she brings together clinical insight, organisational experience, and a strong people-centred approach. She has worked with Fortis Hospitals, Narayana Hrudayalaya Chain of Dental Clinics, Medi Assist, and currently IndusInd Insurance as a Product Trainer and Underwriter.
Beyond corporate settings, her work extends into community and non-profit spaces — particularly with adolescents and young adults across India and Sri Lanka, through Janaagraha and Moksha Trust. She holds a Diploma in Counselling (Banjara Academy), and is a certified NLP Practitioner (AANLP), trained through Dale Carnegie's Train the Trainer programme.
She works with individuals across life stages — adolescents, working professionals, and couples — offering a safe, inclusive, non-judgmental space for exploration and healing.
